Heat-shrinkable sleeve, commonly known as closed-mouth sleeve, consists of heat-shrinkable tape and fixing plate, which is made up of radiation-crosslinked high-density polyethylene substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive. During the construction, the base layer of the heat shrink sleeve shrinks, the hot melt adhesive attached to the inner layer melts and connects with the pipe.
Features: flexible and convenient use, excellent adhesive performance, high strength, wear resistance, anti-environmental stress, heat aging, anti-ultraviolet, high dielectric strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
Usage: suitable for hollow wall winding pipe, steel strip reinforced spiral bellows, plastic steel winding pipe, inspection well, double wall bellows, anticorrosion and heat preservation pipe. Recommended for pipe diameter of DN200-DN2000.
Heat shrink sleeve construction operation
1.Put the heat-shrinkable sleeve at one end of the pipe, butt-joint the pipe.
2.Clean dirt and dirt from pipes.
3.Preheat the pipe joint with a spray gun. In order to get rid of the wet, the welding effect is better.
4. Move the heat-shrinkable sleeve to the middle of the joint.
5.Bake vertically from the middle of the heat-shrinkable sleeve in a circle.
6. Bake them from the middle to the ends (vertical, circle by circle to remove the air) .
7. After baking the whole fire edge and lap parts can be.
Note: The baking process does not need to focus on a point of fire, as far as possible in a sweeping way to bake.
